We here at LOL Candles take great pride in what we do, and
we are constantly humbled by the love and loyalty showered upon us by our
discerning clientele.
Candle making is an old and hallowed profession that
dates back to 300 BC. Obviously many changes have occurred in the industry,
most of which progressed at great lengths during the 20th century. We have
become a fast paced society living in a fast food world where quick and
processed is the order of the day. However, we here at LOL Candles feel a bit
differently about our chosen passion.
If you want a Twinkie, and they are
delicious, you should have a Twinkie, but if you want a rich confectionery delight, you
find yourself going to a reputable bakery. There you'll find that they use all
the right ingredients to enhance their
product and take their time putting them together to create a masterpiece of
the pastry type.
The attitude we have at LOL Candles is not the fast food
mentality, we hand pour all of our wax products. We do this because we feel machined
wax is generic and a bit inferior to what we do. Therefore, it stands out as a completely different product. Like apples and oranges… Besides
running a thriving internet business, we also run a retail store, offer candle
parties, do quite a bit of fundraising, as well as special events such as
weddings.
We realize your order is important to you, believe it or not
it is equally important to us. Please know that if you need your order
yesterday, we urge you to go to Yankee Candle. They have the machined fast food
mentality that can insure you getting what you need right now!
We believe our
product to be the absolute best in scented wax, and making that wax,
and fulfilling all of those online and in store orders takes time. If there are
deadlines you'd like to meet, please feel free to contact us, before placing an order, to make sure we
can satisfy you. Usually with enough notice we can. Or else you have to go the Twinkie route. But we hope there are those of you
with discerning candle tastes, that will stick with us!
