your very own LOL Candle Party. Read on to see all you need to do...
Looking for a new reason to have a party or just a
nice get together? Hosting your own candle party is a great way to make
new friends, hang with current friends, and reconnect with old ones! Our
products always lose a little bit being viewed on the internet, that's
because to really get the full effect of them, they need to be experienced
and shared. An LOL Candle Party is where it all begins! We reward
our
Hostesses with half-price items, product credit, and VIP access to
special
monthly promotions/giveaways.
Once you've decided to host a party, drop us an email,
and we'll get you set up and ready to go...
The
number of products you earn is based on
the total dollar amount
of LOL Candles
products sold at your Party, even from pre or post party orders received
by you. You'll be given a party code number (pc#). This is so that
those that might not be able to attend can still go to our store or go
online to order, and
as long as they submit your pc# you'll receive credit towards your
total. The pc# is good a week before and after your party date. Every
time you host a party you will receive a special 10 oz jar
candle in your choice of scent. For all guest sales between $100.00 and
$249.99 you'll receive a 10% of your total party sales in free
merchandise. Once
your guest sales go over $250.00 you'll receive 10% of your total party
candle sales in free merchandise, plus you'll receive 50% off any one
item...The break down looks like
this:

You may also choose to be added as a sales consultant and earn 5% commission...
So how do you get started? If you happen to live
within 35 miles of our store we can come out to help you plan your
party. Don't worry though we can still help you plan an event no matter
where you are. We have host/hostess packs available at different price
points. These will have everything you need to hold a successful party.
Product packs may be used to add atmosphere to your party, or can be
sold to your guests, and yes, you keep the money. Our host/hostess packs
are available below. They can be customized for male or female, and be
themed to your event!

FAQ's
What about invitations?
We suggest a nice sized email
campaign, or word of mouth seems to work best. The reason being of
course is most of your invitees will check their email daily and an
email invitation is always received warmly. To those who may not have an
email account, personal connection is likewise received warmly.
How many guests should I invite, and should I allow children?
The more the merrier, and remember the
more guest sales you have the more host/hostess rewards. Friends,
family, neighbors, co-workers...As far as children go, it should always
be the choice of the host/hostess. If you have children that might get
bored you may want to include them. You also may want to get an idea of
what your guests might prefer.
Do I need to have a theme for my
Party?
Not necessarily. Remember, these are
going to be mostly people you know. However if a theme is desired we
have found that seasonal/holiday themed parties work wonderfully, as
well as holding them for your birthday. Guests get to buy candles, and
the more they purchase for themselves, the more host/hostess rewards you
get. Happy Birthday indeed!
Should the party be in
my home?
The party should be wherever you and your guests will be most comfortable.
What kinds of food and beverages should I serve?
The choice of snacks/food/refreshments
are up to you, there is no right or wrong answer here. Of course if you
have a themed party, you may want to tailor the menu accordingly. If
you choose to serve
alcoholic beverages, always have designated drivers available. However,
a good deal of the emphasis should be on the candle party, as the more
guest sales you make, the more credit you earn.
How do the rewards work?
The
number of products you earn is based on the total guest sales made at
your LOL Candles party or from pre or post orders. This is earned as a
percentage/credit. See above Is there any shipping or handling? Shipping
is charged to 12% of your total rounded up sale. So each guest will pay
their shipping as 12%. So if a guests total comes out to $31.99, round
up to $32.00 and the shipping would be $3.84 This is all outlined in
your host/hostess pack
How soon will I receive my Host
Rewards and guest orders?
All orders are packed and shipped from
Dickson City, PA. Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of your
order. The host/hostess rewards will ship with the rest of your order to
the host/hostess address. We always do our best to get orders out ASAP,
but due to busy times, we may be forced to change our turn around
times. A
USPS, FedEx, or UPS tracking number will be sent via email notification,
depending upon which carrier we use. Carrier choices are based on how
quickly we can get your package to you.
Can I, or my guests book parties right away?
